Dont open the brizy editor

When I want to open the editor it does not take me to the editor but to the wordpress template if and then I can not edit :,(

  Hi,

  sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.13. and PRO 2.2.9? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

  Hi, I have the lastest version of Brizy (2.2.13), for some reasons the brizy editor does not open me, on my laptop it stays loading and on my computer it just opens me as if it were my main page but not the editor, (that's when I open it with Microsoft Edge Browser) iba I do not do it in chrome because when editing and saving it texts are deleted and when publishing it, it leaves without text and it would not make sense, please fix that problem.

   

  And with the plugins activated or deactivated, everything remains the same

  Hi,

  unfortunately, the builder can load with some problems on IE or Edge browser because they don't use some of the classes and functions that we are using for optimization reasons, security reasons, and so on. But, it works well in other browsers including Chrome. The text issue could be due to a browser extension. Do you have the Google Translate extension? Try disabling your browser extensions and check again.

  I also have a problem that happens to me in all browsers and all my devices, which is that sometimes the page asks me to reload and when doing so the page says: ¨404 Not Found nginx¨ and other times it asks me to do a ¨I am not a robot¨ and when doing so it tells me to try again and so on, and I think it's something from Brizy since it didn't happen to me before.

  Hi,

  what about the text issue? Was it resolved?

  Regarding the ngix error and "I'm not a robot" - it doesn't sound like something Brizy could do. Have you tried talking to your hosting provider about this? Looks like it's a security action on their part.

  With the theme of the text, it was solved using the Firefox browser with its latest version, the "I am not a robot" thing I will deactivate all the plugins to see if it is that or go to a further version of WordPress.
