Is there a way to see the page that the form was submitted? 

I am using a global block with a form on multiple pages, it would be great to know on which page the customer submitted the info. 

Is that possible?

  Hi Tiberiu,

  Thank you to getting in touch with us.

  Unfortunately, at the moment, it isn’t possible to know on which page the customer submitted the form but I can recommend un-set the global option from the block and add it in the Saved blocks. After this, from Saved blocks add it to each page and also add a Hidden field. In the hidden field you can indicate the name of the page, in such a way the visitor will not see this field but when you will receive the lead, will see from what page was it sent.

  It would be nice if you could use reference #Title on that field, and that would transfer the page title to the form. 

  The same way you can use #Title in any text field.

  Hi Tiberiu,

  To add a hidden field, please duplicate an existing field and change the field type to the “Hidden” one. Inside it, in the label, add the name of the page. 

  Unfortunately, at the moment, the Form element can’t use and read the Dynamic content, therefore, it isn’t possible to insert the “#Post Title” and automatically fill it with the page title.
