Brizy Cloud - Login page pops up over and over

Hi,

 

I am participating in a two-person project. I have full privileges entitled by the owner of Pro account.

When I log in to brizy.cloud (I get the green strip saying successful login) I see our projects and I can edit a project. However, when I try to publish it (or when I try to check my profile and privileges and also other persons' entitled to work on the projects) I will always just get a sign-up/sign-in popup. I can sign-in again, but once the popup disappears and I click publish, I have to sign-in again and again - and the site doesn't get published - as if my login didn't work or what...

  Hi,

  Are you invited to other accounts? If so, could you please check if when you try to publish a site you are in your own subaccount? To check this, please go to the "Team members" and check if you are the owner of that account. See here.

  Also, could you please try to delete the browser cache or access the browser in incognito mode? After this, could you please try to log in again to your Brizy Cloud account?
