    Hi Michael,

    I'm glad to read this. Indeed, Natalia is working hard to help you guys with the issues that arise and it would be strange if she were not appreciated for that ))). However, the rest of the support team also does the best but the thing is that Natalia works with local issues where you should log in and inspect but here on the forum we don't deal with this. We are here in the first line to receive all the problems, frustrations, and most of the time good thoughts. So if you have a problem that is not specific to your project and does not require a deeper inspection then you will definitely receive a quick fix.

    btw: I have created a private ticket for you so my colleague Natalia will contact you soon.

    Hello Alex,

    Thanks for reaching out and passing my ticket on to Natalia I appreciate that. When I request for Natalia it is nothing personal towards the rest of the support team, it's just that I have been with Brizy over 2 years now and still to this day she resolves my issues faster than anyone else. I don't expect that kind of speed from the other support team members but just the simplicity of emailing me from an email that I can reply back to will make the process much easier on both sides. I have requested numerous times to stop emailing me from a no-reply email but it seems like Natalia is the only one who respects that request. Thanks again and hope you have a great weekend!
