Incorrect facebook preview post

Hi,
I am having a problem when i go to share a page on facebook.
The preview before sharing is correct, but once sharing is complete, the image is that of the site's favicon.

  Could you please check if you set an Image thumbnail for the Social Sharing Settings? See here.

  Hi,

  no, I don't insert any thumbnail images, because I want the shared pages to have the image of the page itself.

  I randomly checked three of the sites I created, and the problem exists in all three.
