    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? Could you please delete the site and browser cache?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

yes i do have the latest version of brizy free 2.2.13.

All i have done since i posted- perhaps it might help in solving the problem, it will be such a shame if a good builder such as brizy can't work properly. You can be the best on the market

    1. Went to wordpress.org and downloaded older versions... still same thing.
    2. Used a plugin called wp reset to reset the whole wordpress installation.. still same thing
    3. Increased WP memory limit to 512M. .. still same thing
    4. Install a plugin ... advanced db cleaner - cleaned db ... still same thing
    5. Had Litespeed cache installed, activated and purged all cache... still same thing
    6. Deleted plugin and reinstalled - still same thing
    7. Originally was using blocksy theme, change it to default twenty twenty one - still same thing
    8. Change browser, used microsoft edge and firefox - still same thing

I have spent much of the day pulling my hair out to make it work, already was writing in my blog and discussing with peers about the new builder i found and will really love to make it work. Please help

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

i replied the mail with admin access details to the site, and i attached a debug log incase seeing the error can help pinpoint the problem. Thank you

Just incase, here is the content of my debug-

     WordPress database error Table 'mydatabase.wps5_brizy_logs' doesn't exist for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `wps5_brizy_logs` made by do_action('wp_ajax_brizy_remove_lock'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Brizy_Editor_API->removeProjectLock, Brizy_Admin_AbstractApi->verifyNonce, Brizy_Logger->error, Brizy_Logger->log, Brizy_Logger->write_log

    Hi,

I'm sorry for the late response. These days we celebrate Easter and for this reason, the support was limited. Some couples of hours ago, my colleague Natalia, already send you a reply in the private ticket. Could you please check it?

    Thank you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
