Brizy shop page template style doesn't work on table and phone vew

Hi,

I set the brizy template which applies the shop page, and I change the tablet and phone style to this:

 

However, the style doesn't work, it still looks like this:

What is the problem?

  Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13, Brizy Pro 2.2.9 and WooCommerce 5.2.2?

  Hi,

  I'm sorry for the late response. I checked the URL you send us and I find that the tablet mode is looking fine. See here. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?

  Also, I want to recommend you adding the page slug in English. At the moment, they are set in the Chinese and this can create some inconveniences.
