background video loop issue

Hi, Please check this screenshot

As you see, the video supposed to be playing (loop), none stop. But, it shows the Vimeo site to show the other videos. How can I make this video none stop playing without showing vimeo or youtube site or other videos?

  Hi Erin,

  Could you please check if you activate the "Loop" option? If it is deactivated then the background video will stop at the end and will display more videos from Vimeo. See here.

  That's active. Video stops after 2~3 times playing.

  Hm, I don't think it's an issue to turn on the loop in this case :(

  Hi,

  If you want that the video doesn't stop and start again after it ends, it is recommended to activate the "Loop" option. This option will make the video load in a loop and therefore to create the wanted effect.

  Did you activate the loop option and still find that it stops? Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem? Could you send us the URL link of this page? If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving your reply.
