Can't use Brizy Cloud Pro Elements

I have Brizy Pro Personal licence, but I can't use the pro element (it says Get Brizy Pro).
I used it before on others sites, and don't understand why it doesn't work anymore.

  10mn after the problem is solved and I have access again to Pro elements.
