Hello,
I am experiencing the same problem. I enjoy brizy.cloud and have therefore convinced my client to use the wordpress plugin for editing wordpress pages with Brizy. The brizy plugins (both free and pro) were installed in WP Dashboard, and the WP license was activated in the Brizy settings.
In the WP Dashboard, I created a new page, set template to "Brizy template", click on "Edit with Brizy". It takes me to the Brizy Builder, I can chose a template. However, whener I click "Save draft" I run into this very error message. I have instructed everyone to log out of WP Dashboard and Brizy.io and Brizy.cloud, and can confirm that the WP Dashboard and Brizy are only open on my computer (any only in one browser window). I have tried three different browsers and clearing the cache. I have no other arrow in my quivers on what's left to try. Kindly help me out how I can proceed to build the website with Brizy.
Thanks,
Nina0 -

Hi Pia Grace,
This issue is generated by the SiteGround security rule. As a temporary solution, the Mod_Security rule should be disabled. Please, contact the SiteGround Technical team and ask them to check the ticket #4110933 and to disable this security rule for your dashboard.
We will keep you updated regarding the final fix on this issue.
Thank you!Nelea.

Hi! This is their response: There is no Mod Security rule hit for your website. I have checked the logs twice and cannot see anything that would suggest that Mod Security is blocking anything. I suspect you are referring to the Brizy builder plugin but I can't see any issues with it. We can disable Mod Security for the domain but we do not recommend it and there is no sign that Mod Sec is the issue. In order to be able to investigate the problem that you have encountered, can you please provide us with more detailed information as to what exactly seems to be the issue that you are experiencing? Please provide us with step-by-step instructions so we can be able to recreate the problem on our end as fast as possible and assist you in a timely manner. Furthermore, if recreating the problem requires logging in to the Admin dashboard of your website, can you please provide us with those credentials as well. If possible, also provide a screenshot of the exact area where the problem occurs.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem. Every time I try to update the landing page I get this message. Only one user so that's not the problem. Only one page which is the landing page. How can I resolve this?
Regards,
Andrew

Hello, same (recurring) problem. Using Brizy Pro on WordPress, URL is https://calhomeco.com/
Have attempted:
1. Clearing cache/drafts/revisions using Advanced DB Cleaner and WP-Sweep
2. Reinstalling latest WP update
3. Clearing Chrome cache
4. Restarting PC
5. Cussing under my breath
6. Am not logged in on any other machines/browsers/tabs
7. Disabling all other plugins
8. Disabling and re-enabling Brizy and Brizy Pro
Have had this problem intermittently maybe 4-5 times over the last year or two, have never found a solution other than to wait a few days and it works again. Need to do updates on this site asap however - would appreciate a resolution.
Thank you in advance
