How to apply changes in template to all existing pages?
Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to apply the header and footer to all existing pages?
my website is delivering local news and consist of a lot of menu. There is a chance that it might be changed, deleted, added from time to time. It will be so wasting time if I need to edit the menu in every page (imagine if I have 20 pages or even more).
I left Elementor since Brizy is way lighter and simpler.
But since I can't find a way to solve this by using Brizy, I can't use Brizy to support all I need in my website and sadly I need to use back to Elementor.

HI James,
Thank you to getting in touch with us.
Yes, you can do the header and footer global for all existing pages. Please go to the header block and make it global. After this, please go to Display Condition and set this one “Include - Pages - All”, in this way this block will be displayed on all the Brizy pages. Here is a video that will help you display the header on all pages https://jumpshare.com/v/wNf0AD7Z56g6sL8eXgkC, the same you can do for footer.

Nelly

Hi Nelea,
I have 1 template for header. I set it as global and used it for all of the pages. On certain time, I need to change the header (menu and banner header for specific). What should I do so every changes that I made in header template will apply to all headers in pages? Thank you

Hi James,
I wouldn't recommend to create a template for the header because on all Brizy pages will not be displayed and for non-Brizy pages, you will see only the Brizy header. I suggest to create the header inside the Brizy page please see here and make it global for all the pages see here https://jumpshare.com/v/wNf0AD7Z56g6sL8eXgkCI.
I want to add that at the moment, the Brizy header can’t be displayed on non-Brizy pages, only in the Brizy pages.
Best regards,
Nelly
