SSL Certificate One Page Published on WP Theme
Hi.
I am working on a WP theme which has already published pages and already had SSL on the domain. The website did not have Brizy, it was built using the native WP theme.
Then I have installed Brizy successfully to create a new home page.
The new homepage now using Brizy is fine.
The homepage is displaying, but it´s not showing the SSL. The rest of the website which as explained had been built previously using a WP theme, does have SSL. But the Brizy page i have created does not.
How can i activate the SSL for the pages i edit using Brizy, its not recognizing the SSL certificate that´s in place in that domain.
Thanks

Hi,
Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you find this problem? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9? Could you please check if in the WP dashboard -> Settings -> General, the Site URL and WordPress URL are the same and both of them have the HTTPS? https://jmp.sh/N74MhQ8
Thanks!

Hi,
i am unable to share url here public, but i can confirm one thing.
1. The site is not entirely built with Brizy, i made that point clear. ONLY THE HOME PAGE. The site was already built with a wp theme and it has its SSL certificate in place, from the site owner. I am working on a client website. I simply created a new page, inside the existing structure, using Brizy.
2. Yes. I have the latest free and pro version in place. ANd my license is activated in my brizy dashboard too.
3. So the issue is, since the existing website has its own SSL certificate, and i am only updating one or a few pages, inside the existting infrastructure, how can i make the Brizy pages i am creating, adopt the SSL that is in place?
Thanks

Hi,
You can send us here the URL link of the site and before approving your reply we can delete it. Could you please check if in the WP dashboard -> Settings -> General, the Site URL and WordPress URL are the same and both of them have the HTTPS? This is an important step because in case they aren't set with the HTTPS, this can generate this inconvenience. To fix this problem, you have to set up the WordPress URL and Site URL with HTTPS. If you can't check and improve this aspect, you can ask the site admin to check this. Also, could you please delete the site and browser cache?
Thank you!

Sandra0
