can't change my account email address

I type in a new one, then confirm it (type in again), click on Save – but nothing changes :( my account email address is still the same

  Hi Eugene,

  Could you please send us the current email of your Brizy account and the email you want to change with? You can send these details here and we will delete them before approving your message.

  Your Freelancer WP plan is currently linked to the email taher@.....camp.com. Are you trying to change your account email address to taher@......services.com?
