Website Disappeared

Nigel Bashér

Hi,

I was building a sleep product website on Brizy Cloud.

It was loading and updating as normal until a 500 server error caused the website to revert back to a clean install of the yoga theme that i used.

I'm very concerned as it has taken a lot of time and effort up until now.

    Hi Sandra,

    I have replied to your email via the same email thread for 7 days and patiently waited for a reply, which never came. I guess I should have looked at your support documents first to see how you respond to ongoing support questions. I'm now 7 behind schedule with this project. Lesson learned. Anyway, I got there in the end :-)

    Here are the links that I think I was on when my website generated the error.
     
    One of the links is still active in my dashboard, but not showing the updates to the yoga template… link ending in 76 below.
     
    It was opening in the editor and saving until it unexpectedly produced a 500 server error. The then site reverted back to the default yoga template, deleting my sleep product site.

    Should be one of these two links? 
    As stated, It should show a site about sleep, using the yoga template.
     
    Other than that I’m not sure, as I don’t have access to backups or any logs.

    In your screenshot, where there is a URL, it just says publish.

    Hi Nigel,

    I received a notification from the team. We opened your projects and find that all is displaying fine without any problems. See here and here.

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to the revisions and couldn't check the previous design version of the https://pear5250276.brizy.site/. For this reason, we can't find if this is an issue and how to recover the previous version. We are analyzing and working hard to improve this aspect.

    Hi Sandra,

    None of those is the sleep website, unfortunately.

    One is just a revision of the yoga template used and the other is a revision of the success brain website project on the dashboard with the sleep project. I only have two projects.

    It will be obvious when you find it as the header has a person sleeping and the product being sold is called Natural Healing Sleep - Platinum Edition.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, we can't find a site or a revision after a small description. We can verify a site based on the URL link. Therefore, we checked both of your sites but unfortunately, we can't find some error or problems. When we looked at the last actions on the site, we could find only the "Update" one and none of them is errors. I'm sorry for this inconvenience!

    Hi Sandra,

    Though it is very frustrating, losing days of work on a website, I'll just have to start again from the beginning.
    In the future, I will make sure that a draft URL is published and not just saved.
