Can't Select Images

One a particular site (https://bio-bombs.com), I have lost the "select image" button when trying to add an image on a pop-up or page row. I am running Blocksy (always), disabled each plugin (one-at-a-time) and made sure the php version is set the same as every other site (7.4). This is weird - for very little is different on this build than any other.

  Hi Michael,

  Thank you for these details. Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9? Could you send us a screenshot with the problem you encounter?

  My apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I foolishly replied to your email thinking it would update this conversation. 

  1) Yes, all plugins are updates. 

  

  2) Here is the screenshot - as you can clearly see, the text for the tab missing (in white? It shows up when I hover over it) but the "Select Image" button is completely GONE.

  Please let me know if you need Admin access to this site. I am very anxious to get it fixed; having exhausted the normal routines of checking for conflicting themes, plugins and other potential server issues.

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
  I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

  Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?
