Icon Box BG and Border Color Issue

Hi, 

I think there's a bug in the icon box element. Every time I change the color of icon border, it changes the hover color of icon to the border color. 

Please take a look at this issue.

  Hi,

  Thank you for reporting this problem. We could reproduce it and already informed our team about it. When we will receive a notification from them about this problem, we will inform you too.\

  At the moment, to fix this inconvenience, I can suggest, clicking on the icon element, go to the Colors -> Background, select the hover option and set the transparency with 0 value. See here.
