Unable to open media library with in brizy builder

Hi,

I am using brizy and brizy pro v 2.2.13.

I am facing a strange issue with one of my site. When i clicked on "cloud and up arrow" icon to open media manager, it didn't open. I looked into browser console and found this error - 

Uncaught TypeError: _.contains is not a function

Could you please let me know the issue? It is working good on my all other sites.

  Hi Abhi,

  you only mentioned the Free version. Can you please confirm that you also have Brizy PRO on the latest version: 2.2.9? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Does the media work without Brizy? In a standard WordPress post for example?

  Hi Alex,

  Yes, i am using PRO version which shows v 2.2.13.

  

  (It's been white labeled)

  Also, the media manager is working inside post/pages while not using Brizy.

  I think there is a problem with your PRO version because the latest version on Brizy PRO is 2.2.9 so it's not possible for you to have 2.2.13

  Try downloading the latest version from your Brizy account and try reinstalling it.

  Refer this screen shots. It has been updated with latest pro version 2.2.9, but it is still not fixing the thing.

  Refer this screen shot video. Where you can see the Editing in brizy is with brizy pro features as you can see the pro features are there. But as Abhi mentioned above the version is still showing version of Brizy free as it could be because of white lable in place.

  The to change the photo / image option in slider module is not clickable any more. Please check

  Hello There,

  Once more problem found on another site, the issue was White label activated on that site as well same like it is activated on this site.

  The versions on that site are showing for AAWs (white label name of brizy) as version 2.2.13 where pro version was showing installed at 2.2.9 (checked on that site as well as per earlier provided version)

  The second issue when I try to edit the pages using white label brizy it was opening only home page irrespective of what page I try to open / edit the pages. I was trying to edit Contact page, I open contact page by clicking it >> it shows option to open in wordpress editor or choose open in AAWS >> I click on edit in AAWS and the page it open was home page.
