Brizy builder won't load

Hi,

This is for the Wordpress builder plugin of Brizy, and I'm using the latest versions of the free and paid plugins.

When I activated a security plugin that hides WordPress normal URLs by redirection, Brizy builder would not load at all. There's no spinning wheel. It just shows the home page but with no CSS. Everything is out of place. This security plugin states that it is compatible with all other plugins as it only redirects without making any actual changes to the file structure. They haven't responded back to me yet.

Also, the frontend of the website thinks I'm not logged in, thus showed me the "coming soon" page. I could still access the backend admin area, however.

What's more strange is that deactivating and deleting the said security plugin would not fix the issue. I had to restore the entire website to make Brizy work again.

I checked the console and only showed the following once - not subsequent refresh of the page. Upon refresh there's no mention of Brizy. It didn't load at all. It's as if Brizy couldn't figure out my domain and crashed?

I've since tested again with the exact same security plugin and received the same results. I had to restore from backup to bring Brizy back.

  Hi Joseph,

  Is this problem happen only on Brizy pages? We suppose that this plugin replaced our links and for this reason happens this problem. In this case, we could recommend using another security plugin, most probably it isn't compatible with Brizy.
