Brizy Builder woocommerce product not appearing

I added the drag and drop product under the woocommerce tap and updated it. However, when I refresh the link, it doesnt show the block and it's only viewable in the edit mode. Please advise.

  Hi,

  Could you please give us more details about the problem you encounter? Did you add the Product element to the Page or in the Brozy Template? Did you add the Product Id for this element?

  At the moment, the Product element is part of the WooCommerce Pages element, could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9? Could you please delete the site and browser cache? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme?

  Hi Sandra,

  Yes, I drag and drop the product element from the Brizy toolbar under the woocommerce tab into the product page. It is the latest pro version. Tried the methods above but it still did not work

  Hi,

  At the moment, in the Brizy toolbar isn't available the "Product" element. See here. From the latest versions, the Product is an option inside the "Pages" element. Could you please re-check if you have the 2.2.13 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.9 version for Brizy Pro?
