Repeated information on Brizy Contact Form

Hi, 

I got some answers on my form with repeated information. I've received the phone number repeated on other 2 fields answers. It didn't not happen on all forms that were filled but it happened in quite a good amount. Do you know why is it happening? It supposed to get Company name, name, e-mail and phone. But somehow it's repeating.

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9?  How did you configure the form? What field type did you select for the "Empresa" and "Nome" field? Are they text field? Did you try to test the form and send yourself a message from that form? Do you receive the same problem?

  Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

  Yes, I have both Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 versions installed. I set the "Empresa" and "Nome" fields as text fields. I have done lots of tests and It's working fine sometimes, but somehow I'm still getting the phone number repeated on some other leads. I've tried both filling the form on mobile and desktop devices and for me it always works, but when I get some answers from other people, sometimes, the phone number comes repeated.
