link previews for e.g. WhatsApp

Hello :)

we have a prioblem with the link preview of the website on social media ... when we went online with the website it worked automatically and fine ... and then not anymore ... maybe cause we installed Cookiebot ... but a request to Cookiebot brought no result ... then we contacted you (BrizyHelp) and got the following info:

If it is a WordPress site, the link preview details can't be done from the Brizy builder. Therefore, our suggestion is to add an SEO plugin like the Yoast SEO plugin and go to the page you want to share on WhatsApp and set up the Title, Description and Image. The Yoast doesn't have the option to customize the view for WhatsApp (it has only for Facebook and Twitter) but you can set these details for Google. See here.

But even after installing and setting up Yoast, it still shows wrong info and not the snippet previews set up.

What else can this be?

  Hi,

  Could you please try to configure the page for Facebook and Twitter and try to test the link again? If it still doesn't work for WhatsApp, you can try checking another service/plugin that offers this possibility.
