Page does not update "This Page Needs a Refresh"

We have checked similar posts and suggested solutions to this issue. When updating pages we get this issue

Another issue is that there have been sections where a cream background appeared. But in the editor this is white. 

We need this to be fixed as soon as possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  HI,

  Thank you for your message.

  I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We will check this problem from the dashboard.
