switching pages for the same domain takes very long...

Dear support team,

I have a homepage and a ready soon site.
I pointed the domain to the ready soon site until I finished the real page.
When I did this, my site was online in about 15 minutes after I have done the changes.
Now I just switched the CNAME entry on the backend for my domain from this:
banana5287952.brizy.site
to this
apricot5800410.brizy.site, which is the real homepage.
Now, the issue is as follows. Still after a day (around 24 hours) it is still the ready soon site online when I look the domain up and not the actual homepage, where the domain is successfully pointing to (as I checked when hitting refresh at the connection settings in brizy cloud).
This also happens in different browsers, in incognito mode or on different devices and also if I delete my cache...
Do I need to wait longer or is it normal that it takes that long when switching the site to where my domain points to?

  Hi,

  Thank you for the message.

  Let me explain in short what happened with your projects. First of all in your sub-account, there was two projects (ready soon and homepage) connected with same custom domain https://www.natuerlichewege.de/;

  If you need to switch/change the CNAME and A records to another Brizy project (apricot5800410.brizy.site), it's necessary to disconnect (delete) your domain from the first Brizy project - https://jumpshare.com/v/Lq39COzMlQ2gtpWeeR86 

  I've already deleted this connection, and your custom domain is redirected to your Home page now.

  OK Thanks. I will remember that for the future. It was not clear to me that I needed to disconnect it at the other page. Thanks for the quick response. :) The correct homepage is now online :)
