Brizy Not Yet Working For Me

I keep on receiving this message "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser." I thought it was beginner-friendly, so far not good. I can't do anything now, even the menu tab is not showing up on the home page. When I try to edit with Brizy I get the message above. I wish you had chat support like that of NameCheap. This thing of posting and waiting for a couple of minutes doesn't work for me. If I can't build a website within a day, I'm very busy it will mean I will have to get a refund.
