Product Template Not Working

Hi there

Having some serious issues with the woocommerce product template.

  Hi,

  I'm sorry for the late response. These days we celebrate Easter (we are Orthodox) and for this reason, the support was limited.

  Thank you for all the provided details. I checked the video and found that for the "prod" template you add these display conditions:
  Include - Products - Fudstock 21 Adults Ticket
  Include - Products - All

  As the "Fudstock 21 Adults Ticket" is one of the products, therefore, the first condition is redundant and you can delete it because it is included when you add the "Include - Products - All" condition. 

  Also, I checked one of the products and find that all is displaying fine. See here. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?

  Sorry for the slow reply, I actually tried this but it didn't work. 
  
  I managed to fix it by creating the products again after I'd done a new template, I guess you have to do in a certain order?

  Thank you for updating us regarding this problem! Great to know that all is working fine now!

  Actually, it isn't a strong rule about how to correctly apply the Brizy template. It is correct to create first the products and then create a Brizy template for these products. Also, it is the same correct to create first the Brizy template for products and then create products itself. Unfortunately, at the moment we can't investigate the cause of the problem you encounter because we can't reproduce it but if you will encounter it again, please let us know and we will do our best to help you!
