I have two websites showing the error Something Went Wrong. Is there a way to get more information or submit a ticket to find the error?

  I'm sorry for the late response. These days we celebrate Easter (we are Orthodox) and for this reason, we had limited support. Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
