    Hi,

Could you please check if you have added and update the latest version of the Brizy Free plugin too? At the moment we have the 2.2.12 version for Brizy Free.

Also, could you please inform us how did you create the Archive template? Did you create a Brizy template (in Brizy -> Templates? https://jmp.sh/8zCzvSt) What display conditions did you set up? When clicking on the "Edit with Brizy" did you see these elements https://jmp.sh/1orgIWR? Could you send us a video or some screenshots of how did you create the Archive template?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I have the 2.2.13 version of Brizy and the 2.2.9 version of Pro.

I figured out what was wrong. Even though the Display conditions showed what I wanted, I had not actually pressed the Add button! I had done it previously, but perhaps I did not update the page. I have it working now.

This is one of many "quirks" of Brizy. (Actually a Wordpress "feature.")

The biggest issue I have is trying to figure out how to make the editor popup stay on screen. Editing text is often problematic in several ways. For one, To edit the properties of a line of text, I find that I often have to click the edit popup four or five times to complete the edits. For example, when I try to add a link to some text, the popup up appears at the bottom, just off the screen. When I try to scroll down to it it disappears, If I finally succeed, when I click the option for Open in a New Tab, the popup disappears, I display it again, click the option, and it disappears again. I then bring it back up if I wish to make it No-follow.

Is there an explanation somewhere about how to best use the editor popup?

The Brizy icons at the very bottom of the left side panel are often obscured by my task bar, which doesn't always hide on my PC. I have to move the taskbar to the right to see the lowest icon. There is a lot of blank space in that left panel - why can't those icons be moved up toward the middle?

I also have to click and scroll 3 or 4 times to move from a finished page back to my desktop. Should take only one click. Just add an icon to do that - there's plenty of blank space on the panel. All of the options that appear when I click the More icon to get back to the desktop can instead be placed in the left panel.

While I like this plugin quite a lot, it does have lots of quirks one has to learn. Keep improving!

    Hi,

Thank you for updating us regarding the problem you encounter with the Brizy template.

Thank you also for your feedback about Brizy builder. Yes, at the moment, the editor pop-up can't appear over the text element, it can appear in the top or bottom part of the text element. If you have many paragraphs on the text element, and you have to add some links or style some words, we can suggest splitting the entire text element into 2-3 or more small Text element where you will add 1-2 paragraphs from that big text element. This tip&trick will help to better manage the text.

Brizy icons, menu and panel - the position of these options were added in these places to not busy a lot the left panel. We make many tests and consult many experts to find the right position for smoothness and ease to use.

We always are working to improve the Brizy builder, elements and the entire user experience in the site! Thank you for your feedback and all these details.

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
