Brizy Cloud : Mobile speed @ 40 and Desktop speed @86 !!! Terrible experience so far
Hello,
I bought Brizy Cloud a few months back and was very excited to see someone take another angle at Page Builders and even Wordpress in general, with a page builder in the cloud. The idea of not having to manage hosting, servers, be worried about security and databases got me very interested in Brizy's cloud product and jumped on in luck duck to water.
So in the last couple days I decided it was about time to start building my first project, with the same excitement I had when I initially purchased it, and was quite happy within the first couple hours, getting familiar with the interface, adding a few templates in, changing things around here and there, etc.
It was only when I had about 10 blocks into my page that things started going south. Now I have to wait 3-4 seconds when I drag for example a text paragraph to another spot on the page. And I thought, well I kinda like the page builder experience, I guess can get used to this. But after a couple hours it wasn't fun anymore. It was dragging me down, and became a time consuming experience, having to wait for the builder to wake up from the 3-4 second sleep for every little change I had to make. Not good.
Then the time came to publish my site! Wohooo, excited!
Now this is were I was hoping Brizy Cloud would shine, with incredible loading speeds. They manage their own WP servers, they built the page builder, so they MUST know what they're doing and must have optimised this thing to the moon! LET'S GOO!
Nope. Unfortunately that's not the case.
2.504 elements !!!!
4.3 seconds total load time !!!!
I've read multiple community posts going back to last year about this same issue!!! And you've been telling your customers for months that you're constantly working hard on the builder, and this issue keeps getting back over and over, month after month.
This only means that you are NOTHING about the speed issues of Brizy!!
Or else I wouldn't be wasting my time here writing this post with the same problem! And you wouldn't have more of your customers posting about the same exact thing from 6 days ago!
I'm starting to regret my investment in your software.
Please don't reply and tell me I have too many blocks on my page, or that you constantly work on the builder and page optimisation and the Brizy code to optimize it. Or that you investigate and work on the new methods to optimize the builder and the pages for all devices including mobiles.
That's the bullshit you've been saying since last year.
Please try and actually do something about it.
Here's a website for you to analyse:

Thank you for reading.

Hi,
I checked your site on the GTMetrix and Google Speed Test and in both cases, I found pretty good result. See here the result from the GTMetrix which is similar to yours (and this is an excellent result). See here and here results from the Google Speed Test. Both of them show perfect results.
The Brizy Cloud is more optimized and works faster than the WordPress site. In some cases, the mobile performance can have a bit lower results but we are working on this and invest a lot of resources and time into this. This is true and we really care about the site performance and optimization.
To not feel that the builder is working slow, I can recommend updating the page after 10 minutes of work and this is available for all page builder and sites.
Best regards,

Hello Sandra,
Thank you for you kind reply, and the tip about updating the page every 10 minutes.
I'll be working on this project for the next couple weeks, and run more tests once the website is closer to completion.
Kind regards.

Hi,
Thank you too! Let us know if we can help you with something else!

hi @Sandra, not entirely sure how I can post a ticket, but I am kinda in the same boat as the original commenter.
I love the builder, love the fact that it is not wordpress. But I hate the speed of both the builder and the published website.
My elementor based wordpress sites on shared hosting are usually around the 80-90 mark and mobile at least 70 but usually above 80.
scoring aside. they are snappy and feel actually faster than the average website browsing experience. My clients are happy, I am happy.
As a contrast, on brizy cloud the initial load time and navigating on the site between pages is just unbearably slow (and i don't care about scoring if it already feels slow)
granted, load times do vary from time to time. There are times when it even goes up to the very bottom of the "slow but still acceptable" range, but usually it remains in the unacceptably slow end.
here is a client site of mine: menedzsmentmegoldasok.hu
of which I am very proud as i have designed it in record time and I know of no other builder where i could have achieved the same.
but all this is underminded as the excited and happy customer is turning less and less happy everytime he visits his own website.
is there anything at all that can be done aside from transferring the project to wp which I would like to avoid if possible.
thanks a lot for looking into that matter0 -
Hi Tamas,
Thank you for your message.
It is possible to develop a reasonably performing websites with Brizy Cloud. For example, take a look at the GT Metrix performance of two websites developed using Brizy Cloud here
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/fashiontrooper.brizy.site/OMuusoKy/
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.antakyataksi.net/GmnrTp6j/As you can see from the Console errors on your homepage, booking container JS file from Hubspot is causing some delay. There are a few other console errors also. Can you look into these as the first step towards making the website faster?"
Best regards, Nelea.
