How can i put de " accept conditional terms " when a contact whants to send an email

  Hi,

  The Brizy Form element has the checkbox field. therefore, you can use it for the "Accept Terms and conditions". See here. Unfortunately, at the moment, this field doesn't have the option to add the link inside the label or placeholder.
