    Hi Rick,

How did you add the emoji to the page? Could you please try to add the HTML code of the emoji? For example for the chestnut, the HTML code is 🌰. You have to copy this code and place it into the text element. In the editor mode, you will not be able to see the emoji but in the preview https://jmp.sh/odv4rLw, it will be displayed fine https://jmp.sh/XkIExcF.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thanks Sandra, but in running mode I keep seeing the code I wrote in the text block 🌰  not the emoji...
To enter it in graphic mode I used an app called Rocket, it's like a character map but for emoji.

    Hi Rick,

If it is needed to add the emoji inside the Brizy Text element, it is recommended to add the HTML code of that emoji. Yes, as I said before, in the editor mode, you will not see the emoji but in the preview and live mode, it will be displayed fine. See here.

If you added the emoji using an embed code of an external code, I sorry but there can be a problem with the embed code. Brizy only displays and preview the added code, it doesn't change or modify it. To check the embed code, I can suggest using this service.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I tried and I get the emoji with the HTML entity code, like you did, but for me it is always the ugly twemoji chestnut, not the same that appears to you. Do you happen to use some plugin to enable the "standard" graphic for emoji?

It seems I have solved installing a plugin that disables the default Wordpress emojis.

    Thank you for your support.
