Problem with an anchor link
CompletedHi,
I have a strange issue on my site " Produkte – TRAKTSIA (tractionbg.com) " with anchor links.
On that page (Produkte) I have setup 3 anchor links (#planwagen, #flachwagen and #specialwagen) to the corresponding product sections.
In the top menu I have made a links to those anchors ( Produkte > Planwagen; Podukte > Flachwagen ; Produkte > Spezziel wagen) with links by full address URLs - (https:// siteurl / #anchor).
Now when I am on the PRODUKTE page and click to any of those menu links they all work as expected and the page scroll to the corresponding anchor.
But when I am on any other page the first link (FLACHWAGEN) doesn't work while other two do.
Please help!

Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem? Could you send us a screenshot from the menu of how did you set up the anchor links?
Thanks!
Best regards,

I am having the exact same issue at all of my websites. I have brizy 2.2.13 and brizy pro 2.2.9 installed.
I noticed that the anchor links (block links) only work when you are in the page which contain those blocks. You can see it clearly on this website:
https://agcom.imperialcounty.org/
On the top menu, Resources has several submenu items linking to blocks in different pages. While being on the home page, you'll notice that the Fees, Forms, or Links sub menu items won't work but the Pay Fees Online one will. If you go to the Resources page, the opposite happens, Fees, Forms and Links submenu items work, but the Pay fees Online doesn't work.
This is actually a big problem because I have several sites with links to blocks.
Regards,
Leonel

Hi,
For some of my sites I am using the Theme menu instead of using the header block in brizy for the top menu. Those sites are working fine, so there's something going on with the header block in brizy.
I hope you can find a solution quick solution for this problem.

Leonel

When is this problem going to be fixed? The menu links aren't working, that's crucial for the navigation of our websites.
If this is not going to be fixed soon I need to find another way to create my top menus.0 -
Hi,
Our team already found the problem and now they are working to implement and test the solution. We plan to release the fix in the next updates. Unfortunately, we can't say an ETA for this update but we are working hard to release it as soon as possible.
Thank you!

I've been waiting for Brizy to fix this issue, it's been 12 days now and the links in my main menu don't work, I can't wait any longer, I am going back to using the theme menu. I am very disappointed that you guys haven't fixed this issue.

I just updated one of my sites to brizy pro 2.2.10 and was hoping to see this fix in this most recent update. I am still having the same issue with creating anchor links in the main header, going from an interior page and trying to link back to a specific section on the home page.
For now I had to create separate pages for my content on the home page as a work-around until this fix is made. Please keep us posted. Thanks!
