Stuck on default font for header menu

    Hi,

    Did you create the header with the Brizy blocks? Could you please send us a video of this problem? We tried to reproduce this inconvenience on our sites but all worked fine. See here. Did you encounter it on the Brizy Cloud or in the WordPress environment? 

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.12 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you receive the same problem?

    Hi,

    I have also encountered this problem in the default header menu of KidsPlay layout. After reading your comment above I imported Brizy header block and tried to change default menu fonts to another, but unfortunately no changes.

    Hi,

    To change the font of the menu element, you have to click on a menu item and go to the Typography option. From there, you have to choose the font you want to use. See here.

    Hi,

    Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free and Brizy Pro? At the moment, we have the 2.2.17 version for Brizy Free and the 2.2.11 version for Brizy Pro.

    Also, could you please send us a video of the problem you encounter?

    Yes, of course, I checked the latest versions. Also, I have temporarily deactivated all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro).

    In the first video, I implement changes to the default layout header menu

    In the second video, I imported Brizy`s standard header block to check if the layout`s header is stuck or not. But again the same problem.

    Hi,

    At the end of your second video, I find that the modification was applied. See here. Could you please select the fond you want to display on the menu and wait 1-2 seconds? Seems that the modification on your host needs a bit more time to be added. This can be affected by the internet speed, computer performance, hosting speed, site optimization and other factors.
