    Hi,

    Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.13 and Pro2.2.9? Could you please try to duplicate the form and try to reconnect with Mailchimp the duplicated form? Do you receive the same problem?

    Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same issue?

    Hi Sandra,
    if I try a new form, I can see Mailchimp -> select account "Francesca Michelucci" -> then it can't see any list and it ask me to create a new one. Actually i have a list, that's the one i used before something went wrong and I found out that the form wasn't working anymore.
    Any idea?

    Thank you for all these details! Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this problem on our dashboard with our MailChimp account. We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
    I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Could you please also check if your created lists don't touch the user and lead's limit you have for your account?
