Support posts not getting approved and unable to report or discuss a major bug
I'm a big fan of Brizy Cloud. So many great features.
But something seems to be wrong. Brizy Cloud is no longer usable, pending posts are not getting approved, and support responses about major issues (that likely affect other users) are being dealt with by sending a private ticket.
Also, I was once told that the support forum posts were not moderated before being posted (were removed only if inappropriate), but clearly they are.
Brizy Cloud is clearly not working (all sites have line spaces added and gaps), it's clearly not a user-specific issue, and clearly there must be many people trying to post about this, but not a single post about it is shown.
It's not good guys. This is a great application. But if you want to go the route of a public support forum, you need to let the posts get out there so, at least, users can discuss them.

These days we receive a great number of posts and tickets and we did our best to get in touch with all users and send a response. I'm sorry for the delay in approving and send a response to your posts. As we already announce to you in the private message and in the other posts you created, we already fixed this inconvenience and today or at least tomorrow we will release the update with the fix for the problem you mentioned.
Also, I want to mention that we approve and make public almost all messages (except are those message with private data).
