'Upgrade' is showing when go to publish custom domain
Hello,
I have a Brizy Pro account and use the Cloud service regularly. I have recently renewed and went to publish a site to a custom domain, yet a red 'upgrade' was in it's place.
This isn't the case as I am covered for unlimited sites and domains, and was no problem last year.
I'm unsure how this will be resolved via a public forum, but this is the first time contacting support. Perhaps a support email or ticket might be better? If so, can you please direct me to this.

We checked your account and after several tests, we find that all is working fine with your account and it is possible to connect the site with Custom Domain.
We found a site you try to connect with Custom Domain, this one, could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article to publish the site using the Custom domain? Did you get a custom domain?
