domain transfer from jimdo

Hello,

how can I transfer an existing domain to Brizy? I already have the Jimdo auth code, where can I insert it in the Brizy Cloud to start the transfer? I don't find any function under Custom Domain. The Jimdo website will expire on April 14th. Please help. thanks

  Can I send you the auth code via Email? I got the code from jimdo. I want a transfer of the website, not a redirect.

  Hi,

  If you have a domain attached to another site and you want to use it for the Brizy Cloud site you have first go to the domain registration and delete all the record that point to the existent site. The domain has to be empty. 

  After the domain is empty without any records, you can register the Brizy Cloud site with this domain. For this, you have to follow all the steps from this article.
