missing the block editor button and not saving draft

Hello, 2 problems :

1. I can find the editor button in de header, where can I find it ?

2. viewing the page doesn't work, the system asks me to start creating after I created the page.  How can I view the page ?

  Hi Philippe,

  1 - How did you create this block? Did you add some negative margins? Did you add some external code or some Custom CSS code? 

  2 - I notice that you didn't publish the page because it is saved in Drafts. See here. Therefore you have to go to this page and "Publish" it and after this to "Update" it. See here https://jmp.sh/Fh2g5r2.
