SSL Certificate expired

hello brizy team. My SSL Certificate expired for my site. I deleted and re-added the CNAME and A Record. It is green on the brizy end. Can you tell me what might be causing this issue?

    Thank you for all these details. We checked the list of the records you make and found that you published 2 A records. For this reason, appear the problem with the SSL. Could you please delete the first A record 208.113.212.250?

    My SSL expired again.

    I checked everything out and I have everything correct.

    Thank you for your message.

    You have 2 IP in your record(.208.113.212.250 /// 34.237.47.210 ), please delete this one 208.113.212.250 . After that everything should work well.

    I removed that ip address and the site is still expired online.

    Hi,

    that's strange. Everything seems to be fine but for some reason CNAME record is not seen by DNS checker. I will check this with one of our developers and I will come back with an answer here.
