I am using themefuse Philanthropy theme with Brizy. I created the site on the free version of Brizy and now upgraded to pro because all my settings had disappeared and I wanted to be able to edit the header's logo and colors and fonts.

    thank you

    Hi,

With Brizy editor it isn't possible to edit the theme header but if you have the Brizy Pro, you can use the Brizy header blocks. Therefore, you can add a Brizy header and edit it in the way you want. Also, we have some predefined blocks that will help you with. In this video starting with minute 05:22 you can find more details about how to add and edit the header block with the Brizy editor.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Great! Thank you for confirming this with us!
To remove the theme header, you have to change the page template from "Default" to the "Brizy template". See here.

    Sandra

Thanks.  Can you explain to me the different uses for the different templates.  A while ago I was told to use visual builder and I want to understand the different functions.

    Hi,

The number of page template and its name are mostly provided from the theme you are using. Some users may have only two (Brizy template and Default) like me, others may have 4 or more. In general words, the page template responds to how the page will be structure and what details will be displayed.

Therefore, the default template will add the theme header and footer and the entire content you create in Brizy will be added in a container that in most cases has margins. The Brizy template will not add any theme content and the entire page will not be added in the container, therefore, the page will be displayed fully without any empty margins (of course if the user will not add it manually). Other themes can add the "Full width", "Visual Builder", "Empty" or others, they are specific in regards to the theme you are using. For example, the "Visual Builder" will add the theme header and footer and the Brizy content will be added in a container without extra and empty margins.

    Hope I could help you!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
