Sticky block linking

Hello, 

I have an issue. Whenever I link a button to a section on the same page (#), it becomes "sticky". When I try to scroll away from that section, it keeps returning me back to it.

Can this be fixed?

  Unfortunately, we can't reproduce this problem on our sites. Could you please send us the URL link of the page where you encounter this problem? Also, could you please indicate on what button you added the anchor link?

  It actually went away by itself. Guess that must've been a browser cache issue.
