Good afternoon. I bought a license, entered the key in the Word Press. They say that the key is not active and the key was not found. What is the problem? Thanks

  Did you generate a key in your Brizy account and then add it to WordPress as it says in this video: https://youtu.be/cNknGr8JH6Y ?

  Hi Ekaterina,

  it looks like you have a Brizy Personal license and it seems to be active on sling-mom-free.ru However, you should be able to activate it on 2 other installations because the Personal License is available for 3 sites.

  Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.10. and PRO 2.2.7? Also, can you please send a screen recording so we can see the actions and the issue?
