Brizy Pro Account
Dear Customer service,
I'm writing you concerning a problem with my Brizy Pro Account.
Actually I created a Pro Account with a studio license and the last bill I payed was on the 7th of April 2021, so it's definitely still valid.
Unfortunately I cannot access the Pro content currently. Everytime I try to click on e. g. marked Pro Layouts, a popup occures, asking me to upgrade my account to a Pro one.
Could you help me any further or do you got a tipp to solve the problem?

Could you please check if you are logged to Brizy Cloud with the same email you purchase the Brizy Pro Studio license? It is necessary to login into Brizy Cloud with the same email you used to purchase the Pro license to have access to all Pro features.
