Please delete this post and email me back, still waiting on an answer from Sandra and it's been a week and still nothing from her. If Natalia or anyone else is available to work with please switch my account manager from Sandra as this has happened more than once with her. Hello Sandra,
Why do you message me from no-reply emails? With Natalia I could easily just reply back to her email like a normal support system but working with you I always have to login here each time, find the post and then reply to you when there is no need for it. I understand you have your own way of doing things so if this is an issue it is no problem, I don't mind waiting to work with Natalia again. Thanks

The noreply email has the function to notify you about a new message and we gave it a suggestive name to avoid such inconveniences. When you discussed with Natalia, there was a private ticket but here is a public forum/community and here we discuss/help users through this platform.
