    Hi,

    Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.10 and Brizy Pro 2.2.7 version? Could you please show us a screenshot with the display conditions and triggers you set for the external pop-up? Also, could you please send us the URL link of the page where the pop-up has to be displayed? Is this page edited with Brizy?

    Hi Sandra, 

    Yes no problem. The cart page is created by editing with brizy and using the "pages" element to install the cart page, as there doesn't seem to be another option with brizy and woocommerce? I have created the product and shop pages in the brizy template editor. 

    Here are the screen shots. Sorry the resolution is poor, I had to decrease the quality to get them on here.

    Thank you for all these details. Could you please try to delete the browser cache and check again the Cart page? Just now I opened it and seems that the pop-up opened and displayed fine. See here.

    Hi Sandra, I am having issues with my site, it seems like Brizy Pro just isn't displaying the content from the back end at the front end. The website looks terrible, but I can still navigate to everything. Could you please help me with this? https://www.simkitsupplies.com/ I updated my visa card recently, and wondered if perhaps my payments have stopped working for Brizy? But I can still access Brizy Pro from the back end and it updated OK today. can you check that for me please? As usual thank you so much for your support. Reuben A
