White space under pages

On some screen sizes, endless white space appears under the footer. Why is this happening?

  Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you encounter this problem? Are the footer and header created with Brizy?

  Sure

  I am using your Brizy Pro with your Base Ground template the active theme is Page Builder Framework.

  Everything is created with Brizy and Brizy is the page editor.

  The address is http://andreasa16.sg-host.com/home (this is a staging website).

  It seems fine on the desktop I created the site and on my mobile devices, however on my 12" notebook and my clients 4K TV once you scroll past the footer you can keep on scrolling in blank white space.

  I do need to have an active theme to run Brizy on Wordpress?

  Hi,

  Thank you for the URL link. I could check it but I can't say surely if it is a Brizy related problem. Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate the Twenty Nineteen theme?

  Yes, if at the moment, you don't have an activated theme on the site, we suggest activating one theme.

  Hi Sandra

  All plugins are de-activated and the cache has been cleared. I have only Brizy and Brizy Pro activated and the site is running the Twenty Nineteen theme as requested. I am still getting the same issue.

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site?
  I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

  Also, could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy free 2.2.13 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9?
