Unable to update email in account settings

I have a lifetime license but I am unable to update / save my email address to a new address under account settings. Can you kindly help me with this .

Hi,
You received this problem because you have already registered an account with the in***sg email and for this reason, you couldn't update the current account with this email. Now, we changed the email and all have to work fine now. Could you please check this?
