Can't update Brizy 2.2.7

Hi there,

I got this error when I tried to update Brizy 2.2.7. Brizy settings show that it's activated. 

Update failed: No activation found for this installation.

Pls advise. Thanks!

  Hi,

  If you receive this error this means that you don't have to activate the Brizy License key. Could you please generate a license key for this site and activate it?

  For this you have to:
  1 - Go to your Brizy account;
  2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
  3 - From there generate a license key for the site you want to activate;
  4 - Click on the license key to open it;
  5 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
  6 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
  7 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
  8 - Activate it.

  I realised why this is happening. I wasy using a temp URL from Siteground. The actual URL is selenarodriguez.net. Since we do not have staging feature, I'm deploying the site on another domain the build the site.

  Can you reassign the license to selenarodriguez.net? Thanks!

  Hi,

  Unfortunately, we can't generate a license key. You can do this from your personal Brizy account if you follow all the steps from my previous reply. If you have the Personal License, in this case, you can't generate a new license but the existent license you have on your dashboard, you can copy and use for 3 sites.

  If you want to transfer the license from site X to site Y, you have to go to the Brizy account, in the WordPress license section and click on "Disable" https://jmp.sh/dCnFcRI and after this copy it again and paste it on the site Y's dashboard.

  I've updated the site and tried to update the plug-in but it says, "Update failed: No activation found for this installation"

  Could you please check if you activate the Brizy Pro license? In this article, you can find how to activate the Pro license.

  Alright, I see its been updated to the latest ver now.

  There is an issue with Pop ups where the vertical screen is cut off 25% on the right. Is this a bug?

  About the pop-up, could you please send us a screenshot of how is configured the pop-up in the editor mode? It is looking the same? Could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can encounter this pop-up? Is it external or internal pop-up?

  In Editor mode it looks fine. In preview mode the issue occurs in Internal view.

  Hi Selena,

  Thank you for reporting this problem and all these details. We could reproduce this problem and already informed our team about it. They will investigate it and will find a solution for it. At the moment, I can say that it can appear on the pages that have the "Default" page template and on the sites with Blocky, Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Twenty theme. We checked the same situation with the Astra theme and all worked fine. When we will have some other details we will inform you too!
