Custom Subdomain Publishing Issues

Hey there!

I'm having trouble publishing a subdomain. Everything in the DNS is configured as the tutorial says. Still, I'm getting this error when I try to enter the website.

The URLs are djonline.cetear.com & estudiasonido.cetear.com

I'm having issues with this domain since monday, being unable to publish it. Could you please help me? Thanks!

  Hi Tomas,

  Thank you for all these details. We checked both subdomains and found that for both of them isn't set the Cname record. See here and here. In this article, you can find how to register the Cname record for the subdomain.

  Hey Sandra! I changed the domain and create the CNAME records. And one of the pages is working but the other on isn't. Take a look:

  djonline.estudiaencetear.com is working

  opsonido.estudiaencetear.com isn't

  Both CNAMEs are created in the same way, here's a screenshot:

  Hi,

  Could you please try to delete the browser cache and check again? Just now I opened both URL links and all seems to work fine. See here and here.
