Why Brizy page when launch , no image and logo and video show? Screenshoot attached

  change to default template all picture /logo / video dissapear, why?

  Hi,

  We would like to know more details to give you a more accurate answer.  Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.13. and PRO 2.2.9? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Do you have any errors in the browser console?

  yes im using free 2.2.13,  others plug in has been disable, picture attached.

  Hi,

  I would like to have such superpower to be able to find the problem and the solution based on a screenshot :)). Please send the link to your website and we will check the browser console.  Maybe there are some errors to give us a clue.
