I add a form, but then cannot save the page

I have been trying to add a form to my site and save the progress but it doesn't work, keeps giving me an error when i save it "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

I only have this site one on one device and one browser.

Same is happening to my other site but it wont save after i try to add an embedded code, but the form worked fine on that site

  Thank you for your message

  Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.2.12 and Brizy Pro 2.2.9 version? if not please update it.  Also, please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme  and please clear the browser cache .

  I did all of those things, both of the plugins are up to date and I cleared my browser, and also tried in a different browser. I disabled all other plugins and the theme was a default one and it is still doing it.
